Raven Bodywork is located in the historic St. George hotel, on the corner of 14th and Yesler, in the heart of central Seattle. Built in 1910 in the Renaissance Revival style, and meticulously remodeled, the building offers an abundance of charm and convenience. It is easily accessible from I-5, Rainier Ave S, and I-90, and near Downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, First Hill, the International District, Beacon Hill, Mt. Baker, Rainier Valley, Leschi/Madrona and Madison Park.

Our spacious and cozy studios are tucked into the ground floor of the building and feature exposed brick wall, sound proofing, and a deeply relaxing atmosphere. It is gracefully decorated to help facilitate a sense of deep peace and calm during your massage therapy appointment. There is an easily accessible elevator in the building, and our electric massage tables lowers and lifts with the push of a button, allowing you to get onto and off of the table with ease even if you are experiencing pain or restricted movement. Our tables accommodate up to 600 lb., making our services accessible to a wider range of bodies than many standard tables. The gender neutral bathrooms are located right across the hall. You will find that the massage studios are always warm, clean, inviting and ready to offer you the best possible experience during your bodywork appointment.

The building & studios also offer a number of COVID prevention measures. The heat and AC are HEPA filtered. Masks are required for all people who enter the building. Check out my COVID-19 policies to see the other precautions I have in place to prevent viral transmission.

Accessibility

accessibility

The St. George is a fully ADA accessible building. If you park in the parking lot next to the building, there are no curbs to get to the entrance of the building. There is an elevator conveniently located near the front entrance. Inside of the studio, we have electric tables, so it is easier to transfer on and off the table if you are experiencing pain or mobility issues.

The bathrooms are located across the hall from my studio. They are gender-neutral, single occupancy and ADA accessible.

Scents: We use only non-scented lotions and oils. Myofascial sessions are done with little or no emollient at all. We request that clients come to their session as scent-free as possible. We sanitize the studio between each client, and have worked to select a sanitizer that does not have a strong odor, though the sanitizing smell may still be present in the space.

The bathrooms are professionally cleaned each night, and the scent of the cleaning products can linger.

Language: We are primarily fluent in English. Gabriel has a limited knowledge of Spanish.
